Winter is here!  And, if you haven't already, here are some tips to prepare your home for the cold months ahead...

- Tune up your heating system

- Reverse your celing fans

- Caulk your windows & doors

- Clean out gutters

- Turn off outside faucets

- Store outdoor furniture

- Have your chimney cleaned

- Stock up on firewood

Once you have prepaired for winter, buy yourself some comfy flannel sheets, hang some festive lights, and enjoy a cup of hot coco!
