Downtown Frederick’s favorite event—First Saturday! The first Saturday of each month, downtown comes alive with on-the-street entertainment, late-night shopping and dining - something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’ve lived here for years, or you’re a first time visitor, First Saturday is a great time to discover something new about Downtown Frederick.

February's First Saturday is EXTRA special!   Experience the magic of winter with ice sculptures, live carving demos, fire dancers and an Ice Bar on the Creek.

Start planning now. Access travel and parking information for Downtown Frederick here and download a map of downtown businesses. While you’re here, take advantage of the free First Saturday Trolley, which circulates downtown between the 3-9PM during each First Saturday.

Don't forget to stop by our office located 224 E Patrick St - there will be a trolley stop out front!  We will have a fabulous ice sculpture, fire pit and smores!  See you there!
